Asya Zalogina, Executive Director, Russia
Asya Zalogina manages the Naked Heart Foundation's operations in the Russian Federation. Her background is in NGOs and the arts. She has been a regional coordinator for an international adoption agency, working closely with children, in particular Russian orphans. She worked in the international department of the Stanislavsky Music theatre and as a PR manager for the ITC publishing house. Asya joined the Naked Heart Foundation in 2005, starting as a volunteer. She has a BA in English and Cultural Management. |

Daria Svetlanova, PR & Event director
Daria Svetlanova is responsible for all the media activities, for developing a communication strategy and event management. She has experience in PR and events field, working as a PR-director in concert&event agency "Creative-Force". Organized such concerts as : Fun Lovinc Criminals, Mika, Matysiahu, Groove Armada, Emir Kusturica, Wu Tang Clan.She also has worked at TV production house "Metrafilms", producing documentaries and reality-shows for TNT channel. She has worked as 1AD at reality-show Golod 2 in New-York in 2005. Daria was responsible for casting of reality-show "Nanny 911" in 2006.
She has an aptitude to work in a multicultural environment. In 2007- 2008 Daria has had interships in production house "Lgm-cinema" in Paris and at "Le Figaro".
Daria has graduated Moscow State Univercity in 2008, department of journalism and CFPJ in Paris. She speaks fluent English, French and Russian. |

Oxana Medvedeva, Program Officer
Oxana Medvedeva has four years' experience in the retail of playground equipment. Prior to that, she was a program coordinator at the Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation), focusing on the child abuse program and travel grants. Oxana began working with us as a volunteer in October 2007 and in 2008 became a full-time member of our team. Oxana has a BA in English. |

Svitlana Kozlyuk, International Financial Director
Svitlana joined NHF in May 2011 and she is responsible for the oversight of all financial activity of the Foundation. Prior to joining NHF Svitlana worked in investment banking for a number of years at Citi in London. Among other things she was involved in analysing and valuing companies, trading financial securities on the stock market and advising institutional clients on their investments. She has also worked as a fund consultant advising on fund structuring, capital raising and distribution.
Svitlana obtained an Economics and Philosophy Bachelors Degree from London School of Economics. She speaks fluent English, French, Italian, Russian and Ukrainian.

Inna Monova, Program Officer
"Every child deserves a family" Program
Inna graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod pedagogical academy and
department of art management at the St. Petersburg Institute of innovative culture programs "INTERSTUDIO." She worked at the Lukoil-NN, Nizhny Novgorod department of the Theater actors union of and as a PR-manager for "Art-Bureau XXI" art-gallery. Also she has experience in PR and events field.
Inna began working with the Foundation in 2006 as a volunteer, and in May 2011 became a member of our team.
