| Amy Bramley, Executive Director, International Amy Bramley manages the international operations of the Naked Heart Foundation, based in London. Amy was previously responsible for fundraising and communications for the Media Development Loan Fund in Russia, a US-registered non-profit media fund working in emerging markets. She has consulted for Russian human rights NGOs and worked for the AIDS Foundation East West on development issues. She was a director of the Moscow-based publishing house Afisha and has an MA in Russian and French from Cambridge University. |

| Asya Zalogina, Executive Director, Russia Asya Zalogina manages the Naked Heart Foundation's operations in the Russian Federation. Her background is in NGOs and the arts. She has been a regional coordinator for an international adoption agency, working closely with children, in particular Russian orphans. She worked in the international department of the Stanislavsky Music theatre and as a PR manager for the ITC publishing house. Asya joined the Naked Heart Foundation in 2005, starting as a volunteer. She has a BA in English and Cultural Management. |

| Oxana Medvedeva, Program Officer Oxana Medvedeva has four years' experience in the retail of playground equipment. Prior to that, she was a program coordinator at the Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation), focusing on the child abuse program and travel grants. Oxana began working with us as a volunteer in October 2007 and in 2008 became a full-time member of our team. Oxana has a BA in English. |

| Honesty Pern, Development Officer Honesty Pern joined the Naked Heart Foundation in January 2010 and works on our international communications, events and fundraising. She has one year’s experience of living in the therapeutic orphan’s community of Kitezh, Russia, and has been a youth exchange coordinator between Russia and Scotland. She has interned in the political department of London PR agency The Communication Group, as well as with community-orientated organisations in Europe and Russia. Honesty graduated in June 2009 with a BA in Russian and German. She speaks fluent French, English, Russian and German. |
