Before launching our projects we negotiate and coordinate with municipalities the warranties of the following long- term maintenance of our Play Parks for a period of 10 years or more.

The conveyance of the Play Park as Foundation's property is based on the Gratuitous Use Agreement. The Agreement is signed between the Naked Heart Foundation and a municipal establishment, chosen by the municipal administration. In this case the Play Park, being a property of the Foundation, is maintained by the municipal establishment in accordance with all the requirements, listed in the Agreement under the Foundation's control. The list of the requirements includes the implementation of: 24 hour Play Park security, play park territory cleanup, reparation, renovation and the responsibility for the harm and damage experienced by a third party while using the play park equipment. On the basis of the agreement the city administration reimburses the municipal establishment expenses for maintaining the Play Park.

In case of the incorrect maintenance of the Play Park, the Naked Heart Foundation has the right to take the responsibility for the maintenance back until a more suitable municipal bailee is found.

The fence all over the perimeter of the Play Park and the security entrance-hut are included into the construction and provided by the Foundation.

Russian municipal governments have been very enthusiastic and helpful with our projects, sometimes participating financially to the construction of the Play Park. We would like to thank them very much.
