Asya joined the Naked Heart team in 2005 as a volunteer. In 2007 she became the Foundation’s Executive Director and in February 2013 was appointed President. Previously, she worked in the international department of the Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko music theatre in Moscow and at publishing house ITC Publishing. She graduated from Petrozavodsk State University with a degree in Germanic Philology and Cultural Management.
Oxana Medvedeva has four years’ experience in the field of playground equipment. Previously, she was a programme coordinator at the Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation), where her work focused on the child abuse programme and travel grants. Oxana began working with us as a volunteer in October 2007 and in 2008 became a full-time member of our team. She holds a BA in English and an MA in Management and Law. Oxana is responsible for the Naked Heart Play Park and Playground projects in Russia and for developing the Every Child Deserves a Family programme.
Programme Director, Every Child Deserves a Family
Inna graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Pedagogical Academy and the Department of Art Management at the St. Petersburg Institute of Innovative Culture Programmes INTERSTUDIO. She has worked at Lukoil, the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Theatre Actors Union and as a PR manager for the Art-Bureau XXI art gallery. She also has experience in the field of PR and events. Inna began working with the Foundation in 2006 as a volunteer and became an official member of the team in May 2011.
Every Child Deserves a Family Programme Manager
Vera graduated from the Penza State Pedagogical University with a degree in education and psychology. She took further training in psychological support and education of children with autism spectrum disorders at the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education. Vera took a role of an Assistant Psychologist at a school and a preschool during her internship. She volunteered for the Naked Heart Foundation since 2014 and in 2017 she joined its team as Every Child Deserves a Family Programme Assistant. Vera speaks Russian, English and French.
Lana joined the Naked Heart Foundation as volunteer in November 2013. Before that she spent eight years working for a commercial bank in the risk management and other departments. Lana also worked for five years with an international audit company, where she audited financial statements and provided consulting services for leading banks and other financial institutions. She studied at KNEU and graduated with a bank management degree. Lana is in charge of financial management and reporting at NHF London.
Corporate Development Manager
Ekaterina graduated from the Financial Academy in Russia, the Copernic Programme in France and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London. Before joining NHF in 2012, she worked as a financial consultant in France and an investment banker at Société Générale CIB in London. At NHF, Ekaterina is responsible for Corporate Partnership Development in Russia and worldwide. She is fluent in English, French and Russian.
Chief Accountant, Russia
Nikolay graduated with honours from Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NNGASU), where he majored in accounting, financial analysis and audit. He joined the Foundation in May 2007 and was put in charge of accounting and financial reporting for NHF Russia. Nikolay has ten years’ experience in managing accounts for non-profit organisations. His role is to ensure that funds are used efficiency and appropriately.
Director of Communications
Anna joined Naked Heart Foundation in June 2015 with over a decade’s experience in various senior branding and communications roles for global brands in Telecoms, FMCG, Automotive, Leisure and Sports sectors both in Russia and the UK. She’s a graduate of Moscow State University and Moscow State Linguistic University and is a qualified teacher of Russian and English. Anna heads up the Communications team and is responsible for media liaison, social media, online and moving image content, marketing and branding, as well as the Foundation’s communications strategy.
Margarita joined the Naked Heart Foundation in 2012. She previously worked and interned at various international organisations, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Criminal Court (ICC) and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Margarita graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (MSc International Relations), and Moscow State University.
Anna joined the Naked Heart Foundation team in 2018 with experience in an international charity. She has been living for few years in Spain where she was running different media projects. Previously, for over a decade she worked as a reporter for different Russian media. Anna graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of Cinema and Television and University of Zaragoza.
Head of “Resource Centre”
Vera graduated from St. Petersburg State University having commenced her studies at the Russian Department of Philological Faculty and concluded her studies at the Journalism Faculty.
Vera had been working in media for many years (radio and mostly TV). A few years ago she started to develop educational projects and launched a number of online and offline programmes and events for parents of school students and for teachers.
At the end of 2017 Vera joined the Naked Heart team as a head of “Resource Centre”. She aims to create the first educational online platform in Russia for professionals and parents who bring up children with mental disabilities.
Victoria graduated from Romania State Economical University, faculty of Finance and Management of International Projects. She previously worked as coordinatior of special projects in the pharmaceutical company MSD Pharmaceuticals Ltd. She joined the Foundation in 2012.
Victoria speaks Russian, English and Romanian.
Nadezhda joined the Naked Heart team in 2013. She graduated from the Institute of Linguistics and Intercultural Communication at Moscow State Regional University in 2012, before working as a professional translator. Nadezhda is fluent in Russian, English and French.
Every Child Deserves a Family Programme Assistant
Anna graduated from the Moscow State Institute for History and Archives with a specialist degree in archives and record management. She worked in legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then was the head of registry of the Russian Embassy. Anna also sailed from Jamaica to Cote d’Ivoire. She joined Naked Heart Foundation in 2017.
Sasha joined the Naked Heart Foundation as a volunteer in 2015. She graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BA in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Before fully joining the team in November 2017 as a digital specialist, she was a marketing analyst in an international digital research and strategy consultancy in London.
