What are we fundraising for?
All the money raised will go towards the Early Intervention project run by the Naked Heart Foundation. The project aims to develop free support services for young children with special needs and their families all over Russia.
Thanks to the funds raised during the Running Hearts Green Marathon, free support services will be available to 500 families in family support centres, early intervention centres a centre for child psychoneurology and preschools in Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, Tver, St Petersburg and Moscow. The Naked Heart Foundation will train around 200 child development specialists.
Why is it important?
Natalia Vodianova: “Every parent wants to give their child a successful start in life. In order to do so, parents of children with special needs must receive professional support on a regular basis. Thanks to the Running Hearts Green Marathon and to thousands of runners, young children with autism and other special needs will receive the support they need.”
